Introduction:

within five seconds. Meanwhile this processing line can denaturant
the starch of the raw grains and be in favor of the absorption. It
has a higher nutrition than the traditional craft. Many food

automation, good stability, easy operation, large output and short
time etc. what is more, it has improved the technology which avoids
some of the traditional abuse. It can process various materials,
widely applied in many industries: baby rice powder, sesame paste,
and nut paste food etc. This nutritional rice powder processing
line is a new generation and high efficiency line.
Raw materials:
Main raw material is rice flour; also can mixing corn flour, wheat
flour, soya bean meal, meat meal, bone meal, vegetable fiber etc.

70kg/h, 150kg/h, 260kg/h, 550kg/h
Process flows:
Raw material→mixing→extrusion puffing→air conveying→drying→crush→
(packaging)

Extruder features:
1. Twin screw extruder are consisting of feeding system, extruding
system, cutting system, heating system, and Gearing system and
controlling system.
2. Feeding system, extruding system and cutting system, adopts
frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable
per-formation.
3. Automatic lubrication and cooling system guarantee the extruder
running safely.
4. According to different material, we can choose the relative
single or double screw feeding system; the material should be
uniformity and stable.
5. Screw is made by special technique, is able to bear grinding,
steady and reliable, longer using life.
6. According to different screws design rate to meet different
technology request.

Our factory located in Jinan, Shandong Province, China.
You can take plane to Jinan International Airport, or take
high-speed rail to Jinan West
Station , Jinan Station ,we will pick you up to our factory.
2.What is your payment term?
You can transfer the payment via T/T. Generally, 30% advance to
start to produce,
70% balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What capacity do you want ?
We have different capacity like 100kgs/hr. Please tell your
